Abstract:

    The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological resilience and some demographic variables among a sample of Aleppo University students in the liberated areas. In addition, its relationship to a number of demographic variables (sex – marital status – specialization) and determine the level of psychological resilience of the study sample. The study was applied to 188 carefully selected undergraduate students. The Connor and Connor RISC-CD Scale of Psychological Resilience was used. The researcher processed the collected information using the statistical program (Spss23) to obtain the results of the study questions.

    One of the most important results of the study is that university students have a high level of psychological resilience. The study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience according to gender, work status (work – not working), residence (displaced – resident), and specialization (theoretical college – scientific college).
