The researcher took a quantitative approach to analyze the financial utility of the investment project. The research was conducted on the Generations Dairy Plant, which is affiliated with the Immigrants’ Endowment Foundation in Afrin, Northwest Syria. The researcher utilized secondary data available from the financial statements for the year 2022& 2023.

The study results revealed the breakeven point of production, its analysis, highlighted the impact of low fixed production costs compared to the variable costs per unit. An analysis of the financial statement of the facility for 2022 & 2023 was carried out using financial ratios based on the available data. Additionally, the financial analysis of the facility was conducted using prediction models (Kida and Shirorad), The Kida model, used for probability calculation, yielded a negative result, indicating a higher likelihood of financial distress. However, the Shirorad model, used for risk assessment, produced a result greater than 25, positioning the facility in the “green zone” as per the model, signifying a least risky status.
