Abstract:

        The purpose of research is to recognize the obstacles of community participation in school administration from the point of view of the second episode basic education teachers, and to find out the differences in their answers to the scientific research tool according to the two standards (years of experience Qualification). And The sample of the scientific research is formed from (165of the second episode teachers who are selected by simple and random way from schools of Idlib governorate, and the research questionnaire was mad by the researcher and its validity is checked. The results indicated the following:

  1. The presence of a large degree of obstacles to community participation in the school administration, according to the answers of many of research sample individuals. These obstacles came as following: (Administrative and organizational obstacles, obstacles related to the school administration, obstacles related to parents and local council, obstacles related to the teachers).
  2. There are statistically significant differences in the average grades of teachers in the total grade of the questionnaire and its sub-domains according to the qualification standard for the benefit of teachers who have bachelors degree and a postgraduate studies.
  3. The presence of statistically significant differences in the average grades of teachers in the total grade of the questionnaire and its sub-domains according to the years of experience standard for the benefit of teachers who have experience in work between (5-10 years – more than 10 years).
