Abstract:

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the teachers of the first cycle of basic education using educational means and techniques in the educational process. Before the teachers of the first cycle of basic education, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and a random sample of (96) teachers was selected in the first cycle of basic education in the schools of the northern Idlib countryside, and the research reached the following results:

 1- Lack of educational aids and techniques in the schools of the northern Idlib countryside

 2-Teachers’ lack of use of educational aids and techniques in the educational process, and their reliance mainly on the chalkboard as a main means available in all grades

 3-The existence of many difficulties and obstacles that prevent teachers from using educational aids and techniques
