Order and forbidding is one of the most important principles of jurisprudence, Because they are the center of the rulings and related to the assignment, and they are the two pillars in examining the benefit of the legal ruling, In them it is proved, and by their knowledge it is known, By looking at them, the duty is distinguished from the recommended and the forbidden from what is disliked, Therefore, the attention and interest of the scholars turned to its formula, and they researched it and scrutinized it to understand its implications, For this reason, Imam al-Sarakhsi said: The most appropriate thing to begin with in explaining is the command and the prohibition, Because most of the affliction is with them, and with their knowledge, the rulings are known, and the halal is distinguished from the forbidden.
