Abstract:
Title of the study: The current study aimed at: knowing the relationship between psychological flow and future anxiety, and trying to reveal the differences attributed to gender variables (males – females), and specialization (literary faculties – scientific faculties) for a sample of students at Aleppo University in the Liberated Areas, and the study sample consisted of (200) male and female students from the University of Aleppo in the Liberated Areas, and the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method in his study. The researcher used a scale to collect data the psychological flow prepared by (Jackson & Eklund, 2002), and the scale of future anxiety prepared by Sana Munir Masoud (2006).
the study found several important results: there is a direct inverse correlation with a statistical significance between psychological flow and future anxiety for the study sample, and the absence of differences in psychological flow due to the gender variable, there are no differences in psychological flow due to the variable of scientific specialization, and there are differences in future anxiety due to the gender variable in favor of Females, there are no differences in future anxiety due to the variable of scientific specialization.
