Abstract:

Thanks be to Allah, blessing and peace upon the lord of the messengers. After that I say: the marriage contract is considered of the holiest contracts that Allah ordained them. It is directly related to the sanctity of women and its allowing. The marriage contract changes the contractors case from sanctity to allowing, as soon as they achieve the contract. So, Allah considered the representation of marriage as an important base in completing the contract, in order to preserve it of neglecting. According to that I chose a reseach subject’ the representation by force in the marriage contract’ and its cause for its importance, in order to know the rules related to the representation of marriage contract. I talked about the importance of the contract, the research purposes, its problems, its limits, the previous studies and the difficulties of the research and I divided the research into four aspects: In the first one: I talked about the meaning of the representation of force and its truth. In the second one: I talked about the kinds of the representation. In the third one: I talked about the legitimacy of the representation of the marriage. In the fourth one: I talked about the cause of the representation of force in alfakeh doctrines. And in the ending I mentioned to the most important results, accommendances and suggestions.
