Abstract:

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the use of educational aids in the first cycle schools in the basic education stage from the teachers’ point of view. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method

The research concluded with the following results:

 1- The degree of teachers’ evaluation of the educational aids available in the school was (low), and the degree of estimation of obstacles to the use of educational aids (high).

2- There are differences in the degree of estimation of the educational aids available in the school due to the gender variable and these differences are in favor of males.

3- There are no differences in the degree of estimation of the sample members of the obstacles to using the educational aids available in the school due to the gender variable

The researcher recommends the following:

 1- Holding training courses for teachers to train them on how to make and use educational aids.

2- Allocate a budget for schools to purchase and manufacture educational aids.
